ورق السِّدر

هو أوراق شجرة السدر (Ziziphus jujuba أو Ziziphus spina-christi)، شجرة معروفة في العالم العربي ولها استخدامات علاجية وتقليدية واسعة.

فوائد ورق السدر

• يساعد في تنظيف البشرة وعلاج الحبوب والالتهابات الجلدية.
• يُستخدم لتقوية الشعر وتقليل التساقط ومنح الشعر لمعانًا طبيعيًا.
• يدعم صحة الجهاز التنفسي ويساعد في تخفيف السعال والاحتقان عند غليه وشربه.
• يساهم في تهدئة الجهاز الهضمي.
• له خصائص مضادة للبكتيريا والفطريات.
• يُستخدم في الرقية الشرعية لدى البعض للاغتسال به. 

طرق الاستخدام
