Hibiscus flower - كركاديه

الكركديه هو نبات تُستعمل أزهاره المجففة (ذات اللون الأحمر الغامق) لتحضير مشروب مشهور بطعمه اللاذع ولونه الأحمر الزاهي. يُعرف في بعض البلدان باسم “شاي الكركديه” أو Hibiscus tea.

أهم الفوائد الشائعة للكركديه:

• خفض ضغط الدم: يساعد في تقليل ضغط الدم المرتفع عند شربه بانتظام (خصوصًا إذا شُرب بدون سكر).
