العُصفر (Safflower)

العصفر هو نبات عشبي تُستخدم بتلاته وزيته في الطعام والطب الشعبي. يتميز بلونه الأصفر أو البرتقالي الزاهي، ويُستخلص منه لون طبيعي يُستخدم في الطعام، إضافة إلى زيت العصفر الشهير.
