لبان الذكر (ويُعرف أيضًا بـ اللبان الشحري أو الفرانكـنسنس Frankincense) هو راتنج عطري يُستخرج من شجرة اللبان (Boswellia)، وهو مشهور في الطب الشعبي والعلاجات العطرية منذ آلاف السنين، خصوصًا في مناطق اليمن وعُمان والصومال والهند.

أهم فوائده الشائعة في الطب التقليدي:

• دعم صحة الجهاز التنفسي: يساعد على تخفيف الكحة والبلغم وفتح الشعب الهوائية.
